Zerio is a personal home space renovation inspiration application. Our core service allows registered users to upload interior space photos, manually add custom renovation ideas, record renovation budgets, create item shopping lists, save independent renovation notes, and support permanent local storage, viewing and unlimited editing of personal notes. All content created by users remains user-owned personal records for private planning use only.
All uploaded photos, written renovation ideas, budget records, item checklists and all custom notes you create on Zerio remain your exclusive intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant Zerio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing you with our app services. You confirm you own all copyright and right to all materials you upload, and you shall hold Zerio harmless from any third-party copyright or infringement claims arising from your uploaded content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update or discontinue any part of Zerio services, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and saved renovation notes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of our services.
Zerio provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or completely bug-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including data loss, planning loss, profit loss arising out of your access to or use of our application. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of user-created renovation plans and budgets, all user plans are for personal reference only.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your resident jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Zerio, both parties agree to first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through local legal arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version within the application and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Zerio application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised new terms.
